Adult coaching
Supporting neurodivergent adults to rise with confidence, clarity and self-compassion.
Maybe you’ve always felt a little out of step with the world. Maybe things that seem “easy” for others feel exhausting for you.
Maybe you’ve recently discovered you’re autistic, ADHD or PDA or you’ve quietly known for years but never had the space to explore what that really means for you.
Wherever you are in your journey, you might be:
Tired of masking or trying to “keep up”
Burnt out, overwhelmed or confused
Craving a better understanding of yourself and a life that actually works for you
If that’s where you are, I want you to know: it makes sense. You’re not broken. You’re not too much.
You’re just ready for something different.
And you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I get it because I’ve lived it.
I'm a coach, trainer and educator with professional experience supporting neurodivergent children and families. But more than that, I have lived experience as an autistic ADHDer with a PDA profile, as a neurodivergent parent, of burnout, relationship breakdowns and challenges, self-advocacy, and rebuilding my life from the bottom up after my late diagnoses! I am in the trenches with you still, but with wisdom to share along the way from my mistakes, wins and ongoing mountains to climb..
I know what it’s like to navigate a world that often feels like it wasn’t built with you in mind.
What if things could feel different?
This coaching isn’t about trying to fix or change who you are, it’s about creating space to explore, understand and support your way of being.
Together, we’ll work towards you feeling:
Calmer and more in control
Less stuck and less self-critical
Better able to understand and meet your needs
More confident in showing up as your full self
Equipped with strategies that feel natural and sustainable (not forced or draining)
My 1:1 adult coaching program offers you the space to:
Explore your identity in a safe, validating environment
Untangle internalised beliefs and rebuild self-trust
Make sense of your unique needs, energy, and executive functioning
Develop supportive strategies that work for you
Begin to unmask and show up more authentically – with more self-compassion

Coaching with me is a collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming space. We move at your pace, follow your needs, and focus on what feels most helpful and grounding to you.
This might look like:
Exploring identity and unmasking safely
Making sense of executive functioning struggles
Navigating relationships, burnout or sensory overwhelm
Creating personalised systems that honour your brain and energy
Rebuilding self-trust and emotional resilience
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me, curiosity and self-compassion are more than enough.
-
I work with adults who:
Are exploring or identifying with autism, ADHD, or PDA
Are late-diagnosed or self-identifying
Feel burnt out from trying to fit in or keep up
Want to better understand themselves and create more sustainable ways of living, working, and relating
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted or quietly hopeful, you’re welcome here.

For years, I have supported neurodivergent children and families, helping them understand their needs, communicate with confidence, and thrive in their own way.
I now know that I’m autistic, I have ADHD, and I experience the world through a PDA lens. That insight brought everything into focus – not just my challenges, but also my strengths, sensitivities, and the burnout I’d been carrying for years.
Coming to terms with my own neurodivergence as an adult was life-changing. It was validating and liberating, but also emotional and overwhelming at times.
Because it’s never too late to understand yourself. Never too late to stop surviving and start rising.
That’s why I offer this work now, to walk alongside other adults who are figuring it all out too.
To create the kind of space I needed when I was navigating those big realisations. To help you feel less alone, more understood, and more confident in who you are.
