Rise, Play, Learn with Katie
Here is my hub for all events aimed at parents, caregivers and teaching professionals, as well as after school clubs and retreat days where children can explore, make friends, and grow in a safe, supportive space, whilst exploring their own amazing uniqueness.
Events for parents and teaching proffesionals
My hope with every event is that everyone leaves feeling seen, understood, and with practical tools they can actually use.
Whether online or in-person, they bring together real-life experience and useful strategies to help parents, professionals, and neurodivergent individuals navigate autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity.
From parent workshops and professional training to sessions for neurodivergent individuals themselves, these events are designed to build understanding, boost confidence, and offer simple, meaningful approaches, all in a welcoming space where you can learn, reflect, and feel supported.
Upcoming events
Autism and ADHD / AuDHD Virtual Workshop
Thursday 14th May 2026 - 4.00pm till 6.00pm
£20 per person
This friendly and down-to-earth Autism and ADHD (AuDHD) workshop explores what it really means to experience both autism and ADHD.
Led by my mum, Sally and myself, as we blend both of our lived experiences with practical insight, creating a space that feels relatable, supportive and easy to engage with.
Whether you’re a parent, carer, professional or neurodivergent yourself, you’ll come away with a better understanding of AuDHD and ADHD, as well as simple, realistic ways to support yourself or the people around you.
If you’re a teaching professional and would like to bring a workshop to your school, I’d love to hear from you. I work with both public and private schools in and around the Prestwich area to create sessions that are tailored to your teams needs and questions.
Adventures in Confidence & Connection
At Rise with Katie, I believe in creating safe, supportive, and fun spaces where children can thrive, build confidence, and develop essential social skills.
Whether your child joins one of the after school clubs or a retreat day, they’ll have the chance to learn, play, and connect with others in a safe and inclusive environment.
After School Clubs
Our after school clubs provide a consistent, supportive space for children to explore new interests, practice social skills, and build meaningful friendships.
Soon to be based in Prestwich, each session combines fun activities with practical guidance, helping children develop confidence and resilience in everyday situations.
Retreat Days
Our retreat days, soon to be based in Prestwich, are immersive, one-day experiences packed with activities, workshops, and skill-building exercises.
Children step away from their usual routines to discover new passions, strengthen self-confidence, and enjoy a day full of growth, connection, and fun.
Spaces for all events are limited to ensure every child receives personal attention and support, so we encourage you to book early!
